Dragonfly Pond Works Employees of the Month - June and July

Tom and Caitlin earned the Dragonfly Employee of the Month award for June and July!

Tom has been a pond and lake professional with Dragonfly Pond Works since 2008, after gaining a passion for ponds at NOAA in Charleston, SC. Tom has always been an integral part of the team here at Dragonfly, and has worked in all divisions of the company, He presently keeps the operation humming along as the COO. In June, we had several emails and conversations with clients mentioning how professional and enjoyable it was to work with Tom on their pond and lake projects! Those are the kind of comments that Dragonfly strives for each and every day. Congratulations Tom on your employee of the month award!

Caitlin is completing an internship at Dragonfly this summer. Caitlin is a rising senior at NC State, graduating in the spring with a degree in Biological and Agricultural Engineering. Caitlin earned the employee of the month honor through hard work, creativity and a positive attitude! Among her multiple projects, she is helping to create Sanctuary possibilities for all of our clients around their lakes and ponds. This involves developing ways to enhance and beautify pond areas through plants, clean water, safety and wildlife. Caitlin has spent a considerable amount of  time streamlining our business processes, so that we can continue to be highly responsive to our current clients while planning for future growth. Caitlin is a perfect fit for the culture at Dragonfly, and we look forward to having her work part time through her final year of college!
