The primary focus of the project was a major stormwater riser and pipe repair to replace a failing outlet pipe within the stormwater retention pond. The work included clearing of the pond, excavating, regrading the site to original condition, replacement of the outlet pipe and riser, rebuilding the inlet and outlet, sinkhole repair, and final stabilization.
