With over a decade of experience in human resources, April Tate is the Senior Director, Human Resources at Dragonfly Pond Works. In recent roles, she provided strategic HR leadership across all business units and has been pivotal in coaching and consulting for over 700 employees in the U.S. and Canada. April’s responsibilities have spanned from driving effective employee relations strategies to enhancing recruitment processes, demonstrating a proven track record in nurturing talent and improving workplace dynamics. HR strategic roles require a robust understanding of compliance and employment law regulations, and April excels in both areas.
