Assata Conneh brings six years of recruiting experience and a strong background in administrative roles across diverse industries to her role at Dragonfly Pond Works. She is a graduate of North Carolina Central University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a concentration in Human Resources Management. Assata’s diverse experience has given her a well-rounded perspective and the ability to adapt quickly, connect with different types of talent, and support hiring needs in dynamic environments.

Drawn to Dragonfly’s environmental mission, Assata was eager to learn about stormwater management and the vital role pond and lake maintenance play in protecting ecosystems. She finds it inspiring to work for a company that contributes to sustainability and healthier communities.
