With nearly four years in the aquatic industry and more than a decade of customer service experience, Brandi brings a people-first approach to every project at Dragonfly Pond Works. Her passion for helping others, combined with a deep appreciation for Florida’s natural beauty, allows her to connect homeowners with environmentally friendly solutions that enhance both their landscapes and local ecosystems. Whether assisting customers with pond and water feature questions or educating clients about native species, Brandi is committed to creating positive experiences rooted in care and knowledge.

Before entering the aquatic industry, Brandi developed a strong background in customer service, building communication and problem-solving skills that continue to serve her well today. Her love for the outdoors and curiosity about how natural ecosystems function inspired her to pursue a career where she could combine environmental stewardship with hands-on customer interaction. Joining Dragonfly was a natural fit because of the company’s dedication to sustainability, education, and preserving the beauty of the environment.

In her role, Brandi hopes to inspire more Florida homeowners to embrace native plants and animals by demonstrating how these species support healthy ecosystems while creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
