Charlie brings a unique blend of leadership, operational expertise, and a lifelong passion for the outdoors to Dragonfly Pond Works. With more than 15 years of experience in hospitality management — including six years as a Food and Beverage Director at private country clubs — Charlie developed a strong foundation in team leadership, customer service, and operational excellence. Their ability to build relationships and lead with integrity has been a defining factor throughout their professional career.

Raised in Southwest Florida, Charlie spent much of their life surrounded by Florida’s natural beauty, fostering a deep appreciation for the environment and outdoor living. Driven by that passion, they transitioned into the landscaping industry, where they served as Operations Manager and co-owner of a full-scale landscape company for more than 12 years. This hands-on experience strengthened their connection to Florida’s ecosystems and sharpened their expertise in managing outdoor projects and operations.

Faith and family remain at the center of Charlie’s life. After relocating to the Orlando area to be closer to loved ones, joining Dragonfly Pond Works felt like a natural next step — combining a passion for the outdoors with a commitment to protecting Florida’s waterways and preserving one of the state’s most valuable natural resources.
