With more than 15 years of experience in environmental health and safety leadership, Christopher brings a strong background in risk management, fleet safety, DOT compliance, workers compensation, incident investigations, and operational safety leadership to Dragonfly Pond Works. As Safety & Fleet Manager, Christopher works closely with teams across multiple states to help ensure employees have the systems, training, and support needed to operate safely and efficiently every day. Their experience spans manufacturing, construction, and field operations industries, providing a well-rounded perspective on building effective safety programs in fast-paced environments.
Dedicated to professional growth and industry leadership, Christopher holds a MESH (Manager of Environmental Safety and Health) Certification through NC State and is an Authorized OSHA 10/30 Instructor. They are passionate about creating scalable systems that improve consistency, reduce risk, and strengthen company-wide safety culture while supporting Dragonfly’s continued national growth.
Christopher was drawn to Dragonfly Pond Works because of the company’s commitment to environmental work, stormwater management, and improving outdoor spaces and ecosystems. In their role, they are focused on building long-term safety and fleet strategies that protect employees while helping operations grow successfully and sustainably.
