Dilon Dotson brings eight years of experience in aquatic and turf management to his role as Client Service Manager at Dragonfly Pond Works’ Wilmington branch. He began his career as a field technician and has spent the past four years growing within the stormwater and pond management industry at Dragonfly.

Dilon holds a North Carolina Ground Applicator’s License and is certified in OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid, confined space entry, and Airmax aeration/fountain systems. His hands-on experience and commitment to environmental health make him a valuable resource for clients looking to improve their stormwater systems.

Passionate about marine wildlife and the outdoors, Dilon chose this career path to combine his love for nature with meaningful environmental impact.
