Originally from Wilmington, NC, Dominique Williams brought his decade of landscaping experience to Dragonfly Pond Works in early 2023 when he relocated to Charlotte. Prior to joining Dragonfly, Dominique served as Head Foreman of a golf course landscape crew from 2015 to 2023, where he honed his skills and developed a strong work ethic rooted in quality and precision.

Dominique holds a North Carolina Stormwater SCM Inspection & Maintenance certification, OSHA 10 certification, and Confined Spaces certification. He has cross-trained with Dragonfly’s corrective team during the past two off-seasons, further broadening his stormwater expertise.

Now serving as Operations Manager for Mowing & Turf in Charlotte, Dominique is passionate about training and mentoring his team. He is committed to upholding Dragonfly’s core values and fostering the strong, family-oriented culture that makes the Charlotte branch special.
