Hunter brings more than 11 years of experience in stormwater management and construction to Dragonfly Pond Works, including seven years in management and leadership roles throughout the industry. With an extensive background in heavy equipment operation, repair, and maintenance, as well as stormwater system installation, maintenance, repair, pond construction, and grading, he has built a reputation for dependable leadership and hands-on expertise. Hunter is passionate about solving complex challenges in the field and takes pride in helping projects run safely and efficiently from start to finish.

Hunter holds a Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement and numerous industry certifications, including FSA Stormwater Operator Levels 1 & 2, FSA Stormwater Management Inspector, OSHA 10, OSHA 30, OSHA Confined Space, and Advanced TTC/MOT Certification. His strong technical knowledge and commitment to continued learning allow him to lead teams with confidence while maintaining high standards for safety, environmental responsibility, and quality workmanship.
