Before joining Dragonfly Pond Works, Jason spent three years with Carolina Outdoor Services specializing in stormwater drainage. During that time, he gained valuable expertise in drainage systems, land management, and outdoor infrastructure projects. His experience across multiple trades gives him a well-rounded perspective and the ability to confidently support both his team and clients through a variety of projects and challenges.

As Operations Manager, Jason is focused on ensuring his team has the training, knowledge, and support needed to complete every job as efficiently and professionally as possible.
