With more than 11 years of experience in accounting and finance, Jhon brings a strong foundation in business operations and financial strategy to Dragonfly Pond Works. Before joining the team, he spent the majority of his career in public accounting at a large firm in New York, where he worked with businesses across a variety of industries. He earned both his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and MBA from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York, developing the expertise that continues to guide his work today.

Jhon has always been fascinated by how businesses operate and grow, viewing accounting as the language that helps organizations make informed decisions and achieve long-term success. His passion for understanding business performance, combined with a commitment to helping companies scale effectively, naturally led him to a career in accounting and finance. At Dragonfly Pond Works, he is focused on supporting the company’s continued growth and industry leadership.

Outside of work, Jhon is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys exploring and experiencing the natural world. He has completed 40 of the 46 Adirondack High Peaks, spent two months traveling across the country visiting national parks, and lived in Colorado for three years. The opportunity to combine his professional expertise with a company dedicated to improving the environment made Dragonfly Pond Works a perfect fit.
