Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Joe Morgan brings over 20 years of customer service and management experience to his role as Client Manager at Dragonfly Pond Works’ Orlando branch. A former hospitality general manager, Joe’s passion for helping people led him to transition into the construction and aquatic industries, where he now specializes in stormwater and pond management.

With six years of experience in the aquatics field, Joe has managed both commercial and residential projects, with a focus on large-scale vegetation removal requiring heavy machinery and ongoing maintenance. He ensures every project meets Florida’s state and municipal stormwater regulations and is also a notary, assisting clients with permitting and paperwork as needed.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife of nearly 20 years and their three daughters, often at dance practices and competitions.
