Justin Risch
Client Service Manager - Charleston
"It's not about knowing everything—it's about building strong relationships, earning trust, and helping people find the right solutions for their property and goals."
With more than a decade of experience working in wildlife-related fields, Justin brings a unique blend of environmental expertise, client service, and field experience to Dragonfly Pond Works. After earning an Associate of Science degree in Fish and Wildlife Management, along with a Land Management certification, Justin began building a career focused on wildlife conservation and management. Early in his career, he worked with the Coastal Resources Division of Georgia conducting gamefish population studies before serving as a wildlife consultant and sales representative for Critter Control. He also holds a wildlife trapper license, participates in NOAA’s Volunteer Shark Tagging Program, and is certified in venomous snake removal and handling.
Drawn to a career that challenges him both mentally and physically, Justin has always enjoyed working outdoors and staying connected to wildlife and natural resources. His decision to join Dragonfly Pond Works was driven by a desire to expand his knowledge and pursue new opportunities in stormwater and pond management. He saw the company as a place where he could continue growing professionally while developing stronger client relationships and technical expertise.
Today, Justin is focused on becoming a trusted resource for pond, lake, and stormwater management throughout the Savannah and Charleston regions. He believes success comes from building lasting relationships, earning client trust, and helping Dragonfly Pond Works continue to grow. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, enduro-cross and motorcycle riding, hiking, gaming with friends, and spending time with his dogs.
