As Chief Financial Officer at Dragonfly Pond Works, Kelly Dowe leads the company’s finance, accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and legal functions. With more than 15 years of senior finance leadership experience, including over a decade serving as a CFO, he brings deep expertise in financial performance management, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow optimization, and capital allocation. Kelly plays a key role in ensuring the company’s financial strength supports its continued growth.

Kelly has significant experience guiding acquisitions and integrations, helping unify teams, systems, and processes to build a more scalable organization. He partners closely with operations, HR, IT, and sales to translate financial insights into practical strategies that improve performance and drive sustainable growth. His collaborative approach strengthens alignment across the business and supports informed, data-driven decision-making.

Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), along with 30 hours of upper-level accounting.
