With more than 23 years of human resources management experience across the construction, environmental services, transportation, and energy industries, Leticia brings a well-rounded and strategic perspective to Dragonfly Pond Works. Her background spans HR operations, accounting, payroll, benefits and leave administration, employee relations, compliance, talent management, and HRIS management. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and previously earned both the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.

Although her career began in accounting, Leticia quickly discovered her passion for people and organizational development after stepping into an HR role early in her career. Combining her financial background with her HR expertise allows her to approach challenges with both operational insight and a business-minded perspective. She enjoys analyzing processes, improving workflows, and identifying opportunities for automation that help organizations scale more efficiently and effectively.
