Melissa leads corporate development at Dragonfly, where she is responsible for identifying and building relationships with exceptional operators across the lake, pond, and stormwater management space. She oversees the company’s mergers and acquisitions strategy, helping to grow Dragonfly’s footprint through thoughtful, values-aligned partnerships. Melissa also works alongside the other management team members on strategic growth within the business.

Before joining Dragonfly, Melissa held roles in investment banking and private equity, with a focus on service and people-based businesses. She brings a strong financial foundation and a passion for sustainable, long-term growth to every conversation.

Melissa holds a BS in Finance and MSF from the University of Florida and currently resides in Jupiter, Florida. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, going for walks on the beach, cooking, and traveling.
