Client Sales Associate - Charlotte

Mike serves as Client Sales Associate at Dragonfly Pond Works, bringing a strong background in environmental stewardship and ecological science to the Charlotte branch team. A graduate of the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Wildlife Conservation & Ecology, Mike has built experience in agricultural disease research and with the Delaware state parks system before transitioning into the stormwater industry. Since joining Dragonfly, Mike has grown within the company from maintenance technician to CSA, developing a hands-on understanding of stormwater management and aquatic system care.

Passionate about improving and beautifying the environment, Mike enjoys helping clients better understand and care for their natural spaces and water systems. Their combination of technical knowledge, field experience, and commitment to customer support makes them a valued resource for both the Dragonfly team and the communities they serve. Whether assisting with stormwater solutions or supporting ongoing maintenance efforts, Mike takes pride in contributing to healthier, more sustainable environments.

At Dragonfly, Mike’s goals include continuing to support the success of the Charlotte branch and strengthening the collaborative culture that drives the team forward. Outside of work, Mike enjoys playing guitar and mandolin, as well as hiking with their wife and their rough collie.
