Nick Palmieri brings over two decades of hands-on field experience to his role as Corrective Operations Manager at Dragonfly Pond Works’ Orlando branch. With 15 years as a heavy equipment operator and 6 years in aquatics, Nick’s unique blend of skills allows him to expertly lead all of Dragonfly’s Central Florida projects—from structural repairs to shoreline restorations and lakefront clearing—with confidence and precision.

A passionate outdoorsman, Nick thrives in fieldwork environments and is driven by a desire to both share his expertise and continue learning alongside his team. His practical knowledge of heavy machinery, combined with his understanding of aquatic systems, makes him a valuable leader in delivering effective, environmentally responsible solutions.
