With more than 17 years of construction experience, Pablo brings a strong foundation of leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on expertise to Dragonfly Pond Works. Beginning their career as a laborer and working their way into supervisory roles, they have built a reputation for leading by example and helping teams achieve success in challenging environments. Their background includes waterproofing and foundation repair, as well as specialized training through Stormwater Certification and OSHA 10-hour certification.

For the past five years, Pablo has been dedicated to the stormwater and environmental restoration industry. Although they briefly stepped away to gain additional experience operating heavy machinery, they quickly realized how much they valued the impact and variety that this work provides. Every project presents a unique challenge, requiring creativity, adaptability, and a commitment to finding effective solutions that benefit both clients and the environment.
