As a Stormwater Specialist at Dragonfly Pond Works, Tiona brings a strong foundation in environmental management and stormwater systems to communities across North Carolina. Prior to joining Dragonfly, Tiona served as a Stormwater Analyst for the City of Greensboro from 2021 to 2025, where she gained valuable experience working with commercial and residential stormwater infrastructure. With a B.S. in Environmental Studies, a minor in Biology, and NC State Stormwater Control Measure (SCM) Certification, Tiona combines technical expertise with a practical understanding of environmental stewardship.

With five years of experience in the environmental and stormwater management industry, Tiona is passionate about protecting local ecosystems and improving water quality. Their dedication to sustainable solutions and community impact made Dragonfly Pond Works a natural fit. Inspired by the company’s commitment to environmental responsibility, Tiona enjoys helping clients understand and care for the systems that play a critical role in safeguarding their properties and natural resources.
