With more than 10 years of industry experience, Tony brings a diverse background in stormwater management, aquatic weed control, construction, and sales to the Dragonfly Pond Works team. After relocating to Florida in search of a new challenge, Tony began working in stormwater management with the City of Altamonte Springs, gaining valuable hands-on experience protecting and maintaining aquatic environments. Along the way, Tony also developed expertise in aquatic vegetation management and built a strong foundation in customer-focused sales.

As a certified Stormwater Management Inspector, DEP Best Management Practices (BMP) professional, and holder of an Aquatic Spray License, Tony combines technical knowledge with practical field experience to help clients achieve lasting results. This unique blend of environmental stewardship and relationship-building has allowed Tony to successfully serve customers while understanding the complex challenges associated with water quality, stormwater systems, and aquatic ecosystems.
