Will developed a keen interest in maintaining public safety and the conservation of our streams and waterways while attending college at Iowa State University. Will originally pursued Psychology degree, however, he switched to an Environmental degree feeling that he could make more of an impact to be proud of in that field. He obtained his Bachelor’s in Environmental Science, and thus started on a rewarding career path.

Before coming to Dragonfly, Will spent three years as an Environmental and Sustainability Consultant, and three years as a Structural Demolition and Asbestos Abatement Estimator/Project Manager. Will’s experience in conducting inspections, estimates, and project management, made him an ideal fit for Dragonfly. Will’s attention to detail and in-depth knowledge helps Dragonfly’s construction related projects stay under budget, while providing customized repair and maintenance solutions for our clients.

In his current role as Sales Branch manager, Will brings his in-depth estimating and project management experience to the Central Sales Team. He works closely with his team to ensure that our clients’ stormwater systems are compliant and functioning as designed.
