Zac Creamer serves as a Client Service Manager for Dragonfly Pond Works’ Wilmington branch, working with HOAs, property managers, commercial properties, and developers throughout coastal North Carolina and South Carolina. Since joining Dragonfly, he has focused on stormwater maintenance, compliance repairs, erosion control, and aquatic management projects.

A graduate of Radford University, Zac brings a combination of client service experience, hands-on construction knowledge, and field operations experience to his role at Dragonfly. Prior to joining the company, his background included work in custom construction and public service environments, helping shape the practical problem-solving and communication skills he brings to clients today.

Growing up around the coast and spending much of his time outdoors helped develop Zac’s appreciation for wetlands, wildlife, water quality, and natural resource management. He enjoys building strong relationships with clients and helping communities stay proactive with stormwater maintenance and environmental stewardship. Zac’s goals include continuing to expand his industry knowledge, strengthen long-term client relationships, and help communities protect and improve their stormwater systems.
